    The Litigation Support Project Manager (LSPM) will provide subject-matter expertise to provide a solution for transitioning a major Government client from Summation to a new Litigation Support Service (LSS) solution. This solution may be either a managed service or a new commercial off-the-shelf application. The LSPM will determine which type of support model would be more appropriate given the clients requirements.

     

    US citizenship and successful completion of government background investigation is required.

     

    Local Washington, DC Metro area candidates only please. No relocation support is available.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research – analyze the market for LSS solutions, including LSS vendors and their commercially available products
    • Create and maintain the functional and technical requirements for the new LSS solution
    • Recommend an appropriate support model for the LSS solution
    • Develop solicitation materials for the LSS procurement
    • Serve as a subject-matter expert to a technical evaluation panel
    • Create and maintain a project schedule

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated knowledge of eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements for an e-discovery and/or litigation-support solution
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the preparation and development of a Statement of Work, Performance Work Statement and/or Statement of Objectives for an e-discovery and/or litigation-support solution
    • Demonstrated knowledge of performing market research for an e-discovery and/or litigation-support solution
    • Demonstrated knowledge of project and team management skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of technology that includes, but is not limited to Summation and e-discovery
    • Outstanding communications skills with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
    • Applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
    • Able to interface at various levels of leadership.
    • Must be able to demonstrate initiative and ability to self-direct.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    • Solid time management and prioritization skills.
    • Proficient with standard office automation tools, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio.

    Education/Experience

    • Minimum 10 years of experience serving as a consultant for e-discovery and/or litigation support engagements
    • BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
