    We are looking for a Senior Administrator to assist with various corporate operations duties to include business development activities, recruiting activities, corporate event planning activities to name a few.

      

    This position is part-time (approx. 10-20 hours/week) and is for telecommuters local to the Washington, D.C. area only.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting with business development (BD) activities including monitoring BD websites daily, research, analysis, editing, writing, and maintaining metrics
    • Assisting with recruiting activities to include posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates and maintain metrics
    • Assisting with Corporate activities and events
    • Assisting with Corporate training and training events
    • Maintaining various Corporate metrics and databases.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3-5 year’s relevant experience
    • Possess strong writing and editing skills
    • Personable and able to develop relationships with internal staff
    • Initiative and ability to figure out internal structure/tools with minimal guidance
    • Flexible and able to perform a diverse set of tasks due to a small company environment
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
    • SharePoint experience a plus
    • iCIMS experience a plus
